Refund policy
If you don't like your Chrislon product for any reason, we have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
In the event that you purchase one of our "discounted" bundles and want to refund an individual item within that bundle, you will receive a refund for the discounted price of that particular product within the bundle.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the nature of the products, the Chrislon team does not accept returns as a part of the exchange or refund process. Feel free to gift the items you received to someone who can benefit from them. Please email support@chrislon.com with your order number or email address used to place the order and specify which item(s) you are not satisfied with, and the team can assist you with a refund for this item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
